We are excited to begin serving the residents of the City of Woodstock. Please review the information below and complete the Customer Information Form along with your billing preference selection to ensure accurate account setup.

To get your residential service set up, just download the intake form, fill it out, and email it back to us. One form, one place, no duplicate entries.

Grab the Woodstock resident intake form. It collects your contact details and your billing preference (Credit Card or ACH).

Fill in your name, service address, phone, email, and select your preferred billing method. Note any special accommodations you need.

Please submit your completed intake form to our team, and we will process your first quarter’s payment. To avoid any interruption in service, please submit your form before June 30.
If your payment has already been made, we will simply update your account information upon receipt of the completed form.
Trash collection includes one provided 95-gallon trash cart. Up to eight (8) additional bags allowed — bags must not exceed 13 gallons each.

Recycling materials must fit inside the provided recycling cart and follow approved recycling guidelines.
Residents requesting pickup of more than two bulky items at one time must notify Red Oak Sanitation in advance.
Yard waste must be in bags or bundled. Limbs cut to 4 feet or less. Maximum allowance up to 8 bags per pickup (shared limit with Trash bags).

Please note, payment is due by June 30 to avoid any potential interruption in service.
Once-per-week curbside garbage pickup for residential homes throughout the City of Woodstock.
Recycling pickup occurs once per week on the same day as trash collection.
Weekly bulky item pickup at no additional charge. Notify us in advance for more than two items at once.
Backdoor Service Available
Backdoor service is available for residents who are physically unable to move carts to the curb.
